Plans unveiled for an 'Indiana Jones' rope suspension bridge over the River TeesTeesdale Marketing of Barnard Castle, Co. Durham (known affecionately as "Barney") has come up with a plan to build a version of the Capilano Suspension Bridge at Vancouver, Canada. The idea is to span this gap!!!!!!

The plan is that the bridge could be built using the existing ramparts of the part-demolised Tees viaduct to create a high-level, 130-ft-above-the-river tourist attraction. |
